We are hiring: Content Marketing Specialist (Contract)
Biz NDG, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce’s business association, is seeking to fill two Content Marketing Specialist positions to support the growth of our organization’s local commerce programs.
About the Role:
• Develop engaging content (written, visual, and/or other formats) to promote local businesses and initiatives.
• Participate in the implementation of marketing and communications strategies.
• Manage web content and social media feeds (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to create a
strong online presence for our commerce programs.
• Prepare marketing materials in English and French tailored to meet target audience needs such as flyers,
newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support events online and in person.
• Research and identify trending topics relevant to our target audience.
• Track and analyze content performance to optimize strategies.
Contract Details:
• This is a contract position available on a full-time or part-time basis until March 31, 2025, with the possibility of
renewal.
• We also offer summer positions for qualified candidates.
• Work hours may vary by month, with some periods requiring additional hours to meet deadlines.
• Working remotely is an option.
Qualifying Skills and Abilities:
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to the team’s overall success.
• Demonstrated excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and/or French.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local business landscape and the ability to work with graphics software is an asset.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Undergraduate student in Communications, Marketing or a related field or experience in a similar role.
