This week, the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough (CDN-NDG) announced the installation of new parking meters on Sherbrooke Street West to improve parking availability, support commercial vitality, and promote greater vehicle circulation on this important artery.
As the NDG Business Association, BIZ NDG will collaborate with the borough on the implementation of this initiative. We will work together to remain attentive to the needs of merchants and monitor changes in street parking usage to ensure the project is implemented smoothly and effectively.
“The addition of parking meters on Sherbrooke Street West is a responsible and well-considered decision that will allow for better management of on-street parking spaces. In addition, the new revenue will enable us to invest further in enhancing and revitalizing this commercial artery,” stated Sonny Moroz, Acting Mayor of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in a borough press release.
